Usage Policy
This usage policy explains acceptable use of Lingoban, account safety rules, and limits for AI-assisted features.

1. Permitted use #
Lingoban may be used for personal language learning, study card management, review, chat-based practice, and AI-assisted learning features.
Continued use of the service requires compliance with applicable law, the terms, the privacy policy, and this usage policy.
2. Account and access safety #
Users must keep their sign-in methods and device access secure and must not access another person's account or protected data without permission.
Protected app areas, learning data, and generation features may only be used within the scope of the authenticated account.
3. Content and learning material #
Text, images, and learning material submitted or uploaded by users are processed to provide the service and preserve the study flow.
Users must not submit content, or use generation features for content, that infringes rights or supports unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or malicious activity.
4. Automation and abuse prevention #
- Abnormal bulk requests, scraping, authentication bypass, vulnerability probing, or automation intended to disrupt the service are prohibited.
- Attempts to bypass free or paid plan limits, billing state, or access controls are prohibited.
- Security concerns should be reported through the business contact details shown in the imprint instead of being publicly exploited.
5. AI-assisted features #
AI analysis, story generation, image generation, and TTS features are learning aids, and users remain responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of outputs.
Users must not submit sensitive information, other people's non-public information, unauthorised copyrighted material, or requests that facilitate unlawful conduct to AI features.
6. Enforcement #
If use violates this policy or harms service stability, security, or other users' rights, Lingoban may limit features, block requests, restrict the account, or terminate access.
